How do I reserve a moonwalk?
All we need is your name, phone number, address of your party, the date of your event, and also 30% down of your total if it's $99 or more.
Do you deliver?
YES, we do all the work. Your rental includes FREE delivery within 10 miles of our location, and also set up, cleaning, and the pick up of all of our equipment.
How do I pay for the moonwalk?
We accept cash ONLY. Payment is due the day of your event once the set up is complete.
What if I cancel?
We cannot plan for a family emergency or a child getting sick. If something like this occurs we just ask that we receive a phone call to inform us of your cancellation. Hopefully everything will turn out alright and you call us to reschedule.
What about the rain?
Since we cannot predict the weather we must work around it. If it is raining the day of your event, we will give you a call. You will be given the option to cancel at that point or wait it out for a couple of hours. If you cancel and we have not done any work there is no charge. If you go ahead with the rental and we do our part then the full amount is due. In the case of severe storms or high winds J&F Party Rentals reserves the right to cancel the rental.
Do I get a refund if it starts raining during our party?
No. Once we deliver and set up the moonwalk full payment is required. If the weather man is predicting rain for later in the day you may have the option to cancel before we deliver.
How much power does a moonwalk need?
The blower motor for a moonwalk runs off of a regular house outlet. The circuit being used for the blower motor should not be used for other heavy loads, such as a washer or dryer.
Note: The#1 combo has two blower motors and needs two power circuits..
How much room does a moonwalk need?
This depends on the actual moonwalk size. Our Smallest Bounce House Is 13ft x 13ft x 16ft.
Do you clean your Bounce Houses?
Yes, we clean each moonwalk before you use it. Our employees clean the inside and the outside of each unit with a hospital grade cleaner/disinfectant..
Is there a fuel surcharge I should know about?
That depends on your location. Oftentimes we deliver for free withing 10 miles of our location, and anything outside of that area there is a fuel surcharge, please call us or check your location to make sure you are within our general service area.
